Samuel: Hey world, welcome back to another awesome episode of Be Inspired Podcast where we're inspiring you to live the abundant life you deserve. So I got another awesome episode ready for you guys, but before we jump into it, what happens when the dream you've been chasing no longer reflects the person you're becoming? Ten years ago I had an idea, an idea that I believe could inspire people to live the abundant life. But life happened. Obstacles came up and the vision was put on pause. So many of you know I started this back in twenty t two thousand sixteen, before I started with working in corporate. And I was constantly looking for guests, I was getting guests, and then at one point it got a little bit overwhelming where I was looking for people and then some of them were showing up, some of them weren't, you know, and that kind of got overwhelming because I didn't believe in myself enough to come on here, turn on the camera. And have this conversation with you. but ten years later when I picked it picked it up, I was like, no matter what, if I don't have a guest, I'm still gonna come on here. I'm gonna share what I learned, share my experiences, share whatever happened. so and that's where we are today. So I picked back up the idea and what started As a YouTube show now became a podcast and the opportunity to encourage people to grow differently and become more intentional about their lives. But recently I had been so focused on creating content and inspiring others that I needed to step back and ask myself a different question. Does the brand I'm building truly reflect the person I am? and the experience I want people to have. Over the past few weeks, a coaching session with a trusted friend, some honest reflection, and even insights from my runs helped me to see my vision differently. I wasn't just rethinking a logo or a podcast, I was experiencing I an identity shift. And today I want to share the five questions that helped me rethink the vision behind be inspired and how these same questions might help you rethink something in your own life, you know, something with your own brand, your own company or whatever it is you're trying to build. So the first one of the five questions is who's this brand for? So I was our goal was just to inspire people to live the abundant life. I was interviewing mostly new entrepreneurs trying to have them have the platform to speak about their experience and share what they were going through in real time. and that slowly evolved into people with multiple years of business experience and it just slowly evolved into different things, you know? but I wanted to merge what I do now as far as like coaching as well as having my podcast have the same kind of brand or the same kind of ecosystem where you could find one thing and find me on everything. So I had to ask who is this brand for? And that question allowed me to understand who my audience is, who I'm trying to coach or who who this podcast is for. So it's people searching for purposes, people who are building their business and wants once more answers, wants more answers to their questions that they have that isn't really out there in in a book yet or it is in a book, but something they could listen to while they're driving down the road or trying to get different insights that would allow them to elevate their life, whatever that may be, and live the abundant life they deserve, right? So that one question is also who am I speaking to? What are they struggling with? People are struggling with like their purpose. They they life just stopped. Things happen, like they just lost their job. Maybe they just decided, well, like I can't find a job, so now I'm gonna build a business. And what do I do? Where do I go? And what's the first step that I take? Those are all things that that person is looking for. So you may have just got laid off. You may have just realized that look. a nine to five is not no longer for me and I want something different. All those people that are looking for that or struggling with those things, this is for you, you know? finally able to find somewhere where you can fit in, find your purpose, understand your purpose, and then go ahead and make it into a abundant life source that you could live off of. So that was the quest the first question. Who's the brand for? Who's the audience? And then the second thing was what transformation does it help create, right? So when you come to our podcast, it was mostly about inspiration, goals, giving you insight on different things as far as like real estate, financial planning, coaching. Different coaches been on here. We had a a plateau of different business people on here as far as like coaching, licengers. real estate professionals and you name it lawyers. We had multiple people sharing their ideas, their visions, and their beliefs with their world. You could all go check it out. And then I know one of the biggest questions was I can't really find a show and a lot of people were missing our Sunday podcast, but now it's all in one location, which the link will be linked at the bottom of the of the video. So if you've been missing our weekly episodes, Go ahead and click the link below. We'll have a space where everything goes to our website now. And you could subscribe so you can get those first ups updates of when the new episodes come, which will be every Sunday night. All right. So we talked about what transformation does it help create. So do they make a different decision, you know, take action, change their mindset, become more confident in pursuing your purpose. That's the goal for you to realize your business if you have a business idea or when you have a business idea to have the sh have the to have the intention and the power and the vision to just go after it, you know, because a a lot of us have ideas. and goals and dreams and visions, but we put it on the back burner. We don't take action on them. So this is for you to go ahead and go take that action that you deserve to live that abundant life, you know. So if you are looking for purpose, if you are someone that wants to build a business, this is a place where you could come and get those ideas, you could get those nuggets to help you get to the next level, right? The third question that came up for me and allowed me to find that identity and merge it into what I would like it to be today was how should the podcast and coaching practice support each other? So I began thinking about like okay what do I want somebody to experience and how do I want them to support. I wanted it to be an all one ecosystem. So you come here to elevate your life to in s to learn the different tips and tricks that everybody is doing or certain people are doing in different industries. So you could elevate your life. And I wanted you to be able to if you couldn't find your purpose or you didn't know what your purpose is because a lot of people struggle with that. Over a hundred thousand people a day are on Google searching for what is my purpose or what is purpose. And I sh I shot an episode about this a couple episodes back. You could go look and see where I shot that episode that talks about the different people that are looking for purpose, you know? So I wanted to create this so you can be able to come here, you get the nuggets, and then also you're able to have questionnaires or audios about different things that will allow you to find that purpose you're looking for. And then what do I want people to understand and feel when they encounter my brand, right? That's question number four. So I want people to experience that. The feeling that, wow, I made it. You know? I I found it. I found what I was looking for. this is gonna give me the answers that I need to the life questions I've been asking, but nobody could have really answered. this is for the person that is lost, the person that who wants to find their purpose answer. Those are all the people I want you to feel like you really found it, like you could fit in, like this is a place where you could get all the answers that you wanted and you're able to go to the next level that you want to get to. And I can guide you to that. So some of the questions that I had to ask myself in order to get to that answer is I had to ask myself what I wanted someone to experience when they watched an episode, visited the website or encountered, be inspired. Did I wanted them to feel encouraged? Did I wanted them to feel challenged, understood? empowered to take the next step I wanted the experience to reflect the message and not just communicate it. I wanted to bring people that are living what they're saying and then also inspiring you to go ahead and take the action and empowering you to take the next step on your goal. Right. And the last thing was what identity and message should a future website and logo bring to life? So I know you saw the updated logo and I'm super excited because this journey started out with a logo with a eighteen wheeler and it had be inspired on the back of it. and I wanted that logo to represent going around the world and just inspiring people, right? And when I came back and I picked back up, I was like, Well, eighteen wheeler with a show, it it doesn't it i it sounds it looks like I'm in a trucking company. So I had to I wanted to do something else that speaks about community. And then you saw the logo with the wolves and the conservative and the forest and I thought, all right, that's it. But now as I trans transition I and I and This is the last one because I believe this is the best logo we've had as be inspired so far. And it's now it's just the be inspired elevate your life and it shows like different countries that we wanna go to and that just summarized everything as far as like I want to touch and elevate everyone from different walks of life, no matter what country you're from, what culture, what background, just touching everyone, you know? So that is the updated version and the one we're gonna stick to for a long time to come. I could see that we're gonna be with it. And something I I'm really excited for everyone to see and understand because you're no longer just Out there, you're now a part of a community that a community that we coach, we we build, and we share success stories that we're currently building, right? So this question helped me to recognize that branding is more about the visual appearance, you know, the logo, the website, the content, and overall presentation should communicate a consistent identity and vision. And that's what I wanted to create. I'm t I talked a little bit about the ecosystem earlier of the circle I wanted to have, the podcast, the coaching and everything just align. that doesn't deal with necessarily therapy. That's a whole nother business on its own. so I didn't want to create something that simply just looked good. I wanted to build something that felt aligned with what be inspired stand for and where I wanted to go. So this identity or purpose shift and many people I know go through it. I know somebody else went through it. And then it's good to share your stories because you never know who is going through something similar that you are going through. And you may be struggling with it and you be have all the answers that somebody need to get through their situation. So I was struggling with this quietly and didn't know that somebody that I knew was also going through the identity shift, the rebranding, the the trying to find their purpose. So or their what they want their brand to mean to different people. or their audience. So this was a eye opening experience and it happened to everybody. Maybe you have to take a step back and s not post on social media for one week, maybe two weeks, maybe three, four weeks, you know? Or maybe you need to take a three day fast to to learn what you need to learn or get the clarity or listen to the higher bur the the higher power, the higher the universe or whatever you believe in, you know? Or God. If you do. you just need to take that moment to take a step back and find out, all right, is this where I wanted to go and where are we at now? Is this where I want it to be? Because we're always evolving, we're always learning, we're always growing. And over time you're gonna outgrow yourself. You're gonna need the the marketing person, you're gonna need the physiographer, you're gonna need so many different people over time as you began to begin to get the success and get the subscribers and followers that you need. By the way, shout out to everyone that subscribe and like this channel. thank you. I appreciate you. I hope that this has inspired you to live the abundant life you deserve or take action in your life to elevate it, right? So the lesson I learned was sometimes we spend so much time trying to make the vision work that we forget to ask, whether we're clearly defined what the vision is supposed to accomplish. We grow, our perspective change, our purpose becomes clearer. And sometimes the next steps isn't to work harder at what we have been doing. Sometimes it's pause to ask better questions and become intentional about what we're building. You don't have to abandon your original version to allow it to evolve. You can honor where the journey started while giving yourself permission to grow into what comes next. So if you're listening to this and you have a business, a podcast, a dream, or even a personal goal that no longer feels aligned with who you're becoming, I want to encourage you to pause. Take a moment, take some deep breaths. Take a step back from social media. You know, don't automatically assume you've lost your way. Maybe you're being invited to look at your vision differently. Ask yourself five questions. Who's this for? What trust transformation does it create? How do the different parts of my vision support one another? What do I want people to understand and feel? And what identity and message am I bringing to life? You don't need to have every answer today, but you do need to be willing to ask the questions. And when you ask the questions, just listen. Because most people think coaching is coaches have all the answers or your friends have all the answers, but no, our biggest problem solvers are us. We just have to ask the right questions and seek the right knowledge that we're looking for. It's an internal process sometimes of like finding clarity, going on that quiet walk every morning or for an hour, trying to ask yourself questions that your your brain is gonna answer, you know? Your brain, your higher power, whatever you believe in will have those answers for you. And you just have to be aware and open to listening to find them, right? Because sometimes the most important part of building something meaningful. isn't what the world sees. It's the work you do within yourself before you bring it into the world. So guys, I wanna tell you your vision can evolve as you evolve. It doesn't have to be one steady thing. As you grow, you're gonna keep growing throughout life once you continue reading books, listening to audios, doing things that help you to get to your next level. One of the biggest insights of how I arrived to this was that I was running. I was doing a 13 mile run. Because I like to do them to stay on tasks as far as like doing something hard every weekend, right? And sometimes you may fall off the train, right? But being able to get those long runs and quiet walks, like I was saying, is that allowed me to help find my vision and understand what I'm trying to build here. Because at the end of one of those runs, All I heard was never stop chasing purpose. And I didn't understand it at all when I first heard it, you know? So it took me a while. It took me almost like two to three weeks to really hit me. And then I started asking these questions that you were saying and that I was telling you about earlier. And then it rhy it finally came together all together. All right, so I'm supposed to help. people find their purpose and never stop chasing purse purpose because that's important. Once you're chasing purpose, once you're living the life you deserve, once your cup will always run it over. You know, there always be opportunities that exist for you as long as you're living and walking in purpose.
